Scooters are now allowed at the skatepark and the sign should be changed shortly. We ask that all users with pegs make sure that they are park safe (steel core with plastic sleeves or just plastic) and that we all take care and to protect the riding surface as well as the coping from any undue damage. ]]> http://lewistonskatepark.com/about/#comment-61 Devan Fri, 15 Jul 2011 06:02:52 +0000 #comment-61 I'm kinda sick of the laws about the park because we have over 20 good scooter riders and no where to ride we need this park and we are just the same as skaters and bikers I mean the rules for the park are no pegs on bikes unless plastic sleeves over them which makes no since because skate boards have trucks which are the same as pegs on bikes and if anything scooters are better because they are all made out of aluminum which is softer then cromoly steel and better on the coping and surface so I'm just trying to help out my fellow scooter friends and keep the park open to scooters so plz leave us alone and let us ride thank u....
